Profile Settings

Configure your personal profile information and preferences in Solo.

Accessing Profile Settings

Go to Settings → Profile to configure:

  • Display name
  • Avatar
  • Account email
  • Personal preferences

Profile Information

Display Name

Your name as it appears in Solo:

  • Visible to: You and your team (if applicable)
  • Used by: Agents when referring to you
  • Can change: Update anytime
  • Example: "Alex Smith", "Jordan"

Avatar

Your profile picture:

  • Upload image: Use a custom image
  • Use emoji: Quick emoji avatar
  • Visible to: You and your team
  • Used in: UI, agent interactions

Account Email

Your account email address:

  • Used for: Login and notifications
  • Can change: Update in account settings
  • Separate from: Solo Identity email (yourname@solomail.io)
  • Verification: Must be verified

Personal Preferences

Language

Choose your language:

  • Interface language: Solo UI language
  • Agent language: Language agents use
  • Email language: Language for emails

Timezone

Set your timezone:

  • Used for: Scheduling and time-based features
  • Agent timezone: Agents use this timezone
  • Notifications: Time-based notifications
  • Working hours: Agent working hours

Notifications

Configure notifications:

  • Email notifications: When to email you
  • In-app notifications: When to show in-app alerts
  • Notification frequency: How often to notify
  • Quiet hours: Don't notify during these hours

Profile Visibility

Who Can See Your Profile

  • You: Always visible to you
  • Team members: Visible to team (if applicable)
  • Agents: Agents can see your profile
  • Public: Not publicly visible

Profile Information

What's visible:

  • Display name: Visible to team
  • Avatar: Visible to team
  • Email: Not visible to others (private)
  • Activity: Based on permissions

Best Practices

Keep Profile Updated

  • Use real name: Easier for team
  • Current avatar: Helps identify you
  • Correct timezone: Ensures proper scheduling
  • Review regularly: Keep information current

Privacy

  • Account email: Keep private
  • Display name: Can be professional or casual
  • Avatar: Choose appropriate image
  • Settings: Review visibility settings

Can't change profile?

  • Check you're logged in
