Creating Your Account

Getting started with Solo is quick and easy. This guide walks you through creating your account.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Go to solomail.io (or your Solo instance URL)
  2. Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
  3. Choose your sign-up method:
    • Email: Enter your email address and create a password
    • Google: Sign in with your Google account

Note: Solo is currently in a waitlist period. When you sign up, you'll be added to the waitlist and notified when Solo becomes available. Additional sign-up methods (like GitHub) will be available in the future.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

If you signed up with email:

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Solo
  2. Click the verification link
  3. You'll be redirected back to Solo

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

After verification, you'll be asked to:

  • Enter your first name and last name
  • Upload a profile picture (optional)
  • Review and accept Solo's terms of service

Waitlist Period

Solo is currently in a waitlist period. This means:

  • New signups join the waitlist: When you create an account, you'll be added to our waitlist
  • Early access: You'll be notified when Solo becomes available to you
  • Priority access: Early signups get priority access when we launch
  • Future availability: Solo will be open to all users in the future

You can still explore the documentation and learn about Solo while you wait!

What Happens Next?

Once your account is created and you're off the waitlist, you'll be taken to the onboarding flow where you'll:

  1. Claim your Solo Identity
  2. Set up your first agent
  3. Take a quick tour of Solo

Account Features

Your Solo account gives you access to:

  • Multiple Solo Identities: Create personal and business identities
  • Unlimited Agents: Add as many agents as your plan allows
  • Team Collaboration: Invite team members to your identities
  • API Access: Generate API keys for integrations
  • Usage Tracking: Monitor token usage and agent executions

Troubleshooting

Can't receive verification email?

  • Check your spam folder
  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Forgot your password?

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your inbox for password reset instructions

Account locked?

  • Too many failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account
  • Wait 15 minutes and try again
  • Contact support if you need immediate assistance
