Some storage keeps Solo working. Optional storage remembers business interests from your selections and relevant public industry pages to personalize site content. Public-site analytics run only with your permission.
Accept all, Accept essential, or use the adjacent menu to Reject all. Expand Customize choices for individual controls. Individual changes save immediately. Reject all turns off optional features; storage needed for security, sign-in, and remembering your choice still works. You can come back here any time.

Advertising measurement is optional and separate from analytics. If enabled, the X Pixel and our server-side Conversions API use first-party advertising identifiers (including _twclid), while solo_ad_attribution stores the ad click and campaign labels for up to 30 days. Session storage prevents duplicate conversion reporting. X may also use its own third-party cookies where your browser permits them. Accept essential and Reject all do not load X. Withdrawing consent stops future browser and server advertising requests and removes Solo’s first-party advertising storage; you can manage X’s cookies through your browser or X privacy settings. With this permission, verified signups and payments include a hashed email address for matching with X, plus a shared conversion ID to prevent duplicates. Accept essential and Reject all disable this too. The HttpOnly solo_ad_session cookie carries consented attribution through verification for up to 30 days; it is not used for sign-in.
PostHog loads only after analytics consent. It receives public page views, generalized portal and guest screen names, feature events, and consented work and checkout outcomes. Signed-in events use an internal account ID, plan, signup date, onboarding status, and business identity counts. Names, conversations, documents, form text, and payment credentials are excluded. Broad acquisition categories are stored in tab storage as solo_analytics_source; raw referral URLs are not sent. Non-personal campaign and creative labels are included only when advertising measurement is also enabled. With analytics consent, PostHog estimates country, region, and city from the connection, then discards the IP before storing the event. Optional structured business-category, stage, and goal answers help us understand our audience. Free-form answers and session replay are not collected. Analytics is stored in the United States for up to one year.
When you use Solo
Authentication, guest-session continuity, security, and requested settings such as appearance may use cookies or local storage independently of optional marketing preferences. Clerk supports sign-in; Stripe supports payments when you use checkout. Their storage and lifetimes depend on the features you use and your session. Guest work can stay in this browser so you can return to it. Rejecting optional marketing features does not sign you out or erase that work.
Changing your mind
Use Privacy choices in the footer, the guest privacy shield, or Account → Privacy to turn off either optional purpose. New optional collection stops and analytics identifiers are removed; stored business interests are removed when personalization is disabled. Previously received analytics events are not automatically deleted; contact privacy@solomail.co about access or deletion. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional features off. Browser controls can also remove cookies and local storage; blocking all storage may affect sign-in and other requested features.
Supported links carry your choice between solomail.io and solowork.app using a single-use token that expires after two minutes. Analytics-enabled transfers can also carry a random anonymous identifier. Signed-in permission is recorded to govern background outcome events. A newer withdrawal takes priority over older choices.
