Manage your Solo subscription, view usage, and upgrade your plan.

Accessing Billing

Go to Settings → Billing to:

  • View your current plan
  • See usage vs. plan limits
  • Manage payment methods
  • View invoices
  • Upgrade your plan

Current Plan

Plan Information

View your plan details:

  • Plan name: Free, Solopreneur, Small Business, Enterprise
  • Plan features: What's included in your plan
  • Billing cycle: Monthly or annual
  • Next billing date: When next payment is due

Plan Features

Each plan includes:

  • Token limit: Monthly AI token limit
  • Execution limit: Monthly agent execution limit
  • Storage: File storage limit
  • Agents: Number of active agents
  • Team members: Number of team members (business plans)

Usage Tracking

Current Usage

View your current usage:

  • Token usage: AI tokens used this month
  • Agent executions: Executions this month
  • Storage used: File storage used
  • Percentage: Usage vs. plan limits

Usage Warnings

Get notified when:

  • 80% usage: Warning when approaching limit
  • 100% usage: Limit reached, may be throttled
  • Notifications: Alerts when limits are near

Managing Billing

Payment Methods

Manage payment methods:

  • Add card: Add credit/debit card
  • Update card: Update card information
  • Remove card: Remove payment method
  • Default payment: Set default payment method

Invoices

View and download invoices:

  • Invoice history: All past invoices
  • Download PDF: Download invoice as PDF
  • Payment status: Paid, pending, failed
  • Billing address: Update billing address

Billing History

View billing history:

  • Past payments: Payment history
  • Failed payments: Failed payment attempts
  • Refunds: Any refunds issued
  • Charges: All charges made

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade Process

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select plan: Choose new plan
  4. Review features: See what's included
  5. Confirm upgrade: Complete upgrade
  6. Plan updates: Immediately active

Plan Comparison

Compare plans:

  • Features: What each plan includes
  • Limits: Usage limits per plan
  • Price: Monthly/annual pricing
  • Best for: Who each plan is for

Downgrading

Downgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Confirm downgrade
  5. Plan changes: At end of billing cycle

Note: Downgrading may affect access to features.

  • Unlimited usage: No limits on tokens or executions
  • Custom workflows: Extended workflow options
  • Custom roles: Custom permission sets
  • Priority support: Dedicated support
