Built for operators who take their business seriously

Every email you receive triggers a full team of AI agents — routing, drafting, researching, and acting. That level of automation costs real money to run. Our pricing reflects the value, not the markup.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Solo cost more than typical SaaS?
Solo is not a dashboard with a chatbot bolted on. Every inbound email triggers a full pipeline of AI agents — context builders, routers, drafters, action planners, and oversight agents. A single email can run through 10+ model calls across multiple specialized agents. The raw AI compute for even light usage (10 emails per day) costs over $100/month in tokens alone. Our pricing reflects the real cost of running that infrastructure while still delivering incredible value relative to hiring staff or doing the work yourself.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using Solo. If you do not upgrade, your agents will pause and your data will be preserved for 30 days. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What counts as a "business managed"?
Each business is a separate identity in Solo with its own inbox, agent team, brand voice, and workflows. If you run a consulting practice, an e-commerce brand, and a content site, that is 3 businesses.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you limit how many emails I can process?
No. Solo never limits emails. Tiers are usage-based — your monthly token budget determines how much agent processing your plan supports. If your usage consistently exceeds what your tier typically covers, we will notify you and recommend upgrading. Actionable emails (real correspondence, not marketing or promotional) consume the most tokens; the "typical actionable emails" figures in Under the Hood reflect that.
What does the Enterprise implementation include?
Enterprise engagements start with a $50,000 implementation that includes dedicated infrastructure provisioning, custom model configuration, workflow design, team onboarding, and ongoing strategic support. Monthly fees start at $5,000 and scale with usage and team size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Small Business and Enterprise plans can also pay via invoice.
