A solomail.io email address is free, forever. It works like regular email. Sign-up also includes a Starter Agent blueprint (3 agents) and a limited-time grant of 2,500 starter credits so they can onboard you. When those credits run out, agents pause until you add credits or choose a plan. The address never expires.
What are credits?
Credits are how agent work is metered. Reading, drafting, researching, and acting all use credits. Plans include a monthly pool. You can add more in any increment if you run out. Unused credits do not roll over.
What happens when Free credits run out?
Your solomail.io address keeps working. Your starter team stops responding to inbound mail and stops doing autonomous work until you add credits or choose a plan. Data is preserved. No credit card is required to get an address.
Can I add credits without changing plans?
Yes. Every plan can add credits in any increment from Plan & billing. Purchased credits join the pool you buy them into — on Free that is your starter pool, on a paid plan it is the current month. A paid plan adds a monthly pool and higher limits.
What counts as a business?
Each business is a separate Solo identity with its own inbox, agent team, brand voice, and workflows. A consulting practice, an e-commerce brand, and a content site would be three businesses.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are two months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. Credits still refill each month. Free stays free.
What if I have custom needs?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Small Business plans can also pay via invoice.
