Frequently asked questions

What is an "agent execution"?
An agent execution is a single action run by Solo—like drafting a reply, summarizing a thread, or planning a follow-up sequence. Each execution uses AI "tokens" (pieces of text).
How do token budgets work?
Each plan includes a monthly AI token budget (for example, Solopreneur includes 50M tokens / month). That's usually more than enough for the advertised executions per day with typical usage. Heavier workflows (long threads, big attachments, complex reasoning) simply consume more tokens per execution and will use your monthly budget faster.
If you're consistently bumping into your token budget, we'll notify you in the product and you can either upgrade or move to usage-based add-ons.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your daily execution limit or monthly token budget. You can upgrade your plan for higher limits, or purchase usage-based add-ons. Your agents will pause until the next day/month or until you upgrade.
Can I get started for free?

What payment methods do you accept?
