Team Members
Invite team members to collaborate in your Solo Identity. Work together with agents and share access to your workspace.
Inviting Team Members
How to Invite
- Go to Team in the sidebar
- Click "Invite Member" button
- Enter email address of person to invite
- Select role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- Add optional message (personal invitation note)
- Click "Send Invitation"
Invitation Process
- Invitation sent: Email sent to team member
- Member receives email: Invitation with link
- Member clicks link: Opens Solo
- Member accepts: Joins your Solo Identity
- Member appears: Shows in team list
Invitation Status
Track invitation status:
- Pending: Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance
- Accepted: Member has joined
- Expired: Invitation expired (can resend)
- Declined: Member declined invitation
Managing Team Members
View Team Members
See all team members:
- Team page: List of all members
- Member details: Click to see member info
- Activity: See member activity
- Status: Active, inactive, pending
Remove Team Members
Remove team members:
- Go to Team page
- Find member to remove
- Click "Remove" or "..." menu
- Confirm removal
- Member removed from team
Note: Removing a member revokes their access immediately.
Change Member Role
Update team member roles:
- Go to Team page
- Find member to update
- Click "Edit Role"
- Select new role
- Save changes
Team Member Roles
Owner
The person who created the Solo Identity:
- Full control: All permissions
- Manage members: Invite and remove members
- Configure settings: Change all settings
- Manage billing: Control billing and plans
- Cannot be removed: Owner always has access
Admin
Team administrators:
- Manage members: Invite and remove members (except owner)
- Configure agents: Create and configure agents
- Manage settings: Change most settings
- Full agent access: Use all agents
- Manage tasks: Create and assign tasks
Member
Standard team members:
- Use agents: Access to assigned agents
- View emails: See relevant emails
- Create tasks: Create and work on tasks
- Limited settings: Can change personal settings only
- No member management: Cannot invite or remove members
Viewer
Read-only access:
- View only: Can see but not modify
- View agents: See agent activity
- View emails: Read emails (no actions)
- View tasks: See tasks (no editing)
- No actions: Cannot take any actions

- Recent activity: See member actions
- Agent usage: See which agents members use
- Task activity: See task assignments and updates
- Email activity: See email interactions
Activity Logs
Track team activity:
- Action history: All actions taken
- Agent interactions: Agent usage by member
- Task updates: Task changes and assignments
- Email activity: Email interactions

Invite Strategically
- Start small: Begin with essential team members
- Right roles: Assign appropriate roles
- Clear communication: Explain Solo to new members
- Onboard properly: Help members get started
Manage Access
- Review regularly: Check who has access
- Update roles: Adjust roles as needed
- Remove inactive: Remove members who no longer need access

Troubleshooting
Invitation not received?
- Check spam folder
- Verify email address is correct
- Resend invitation
- Contact support if issues persist
Member can't access?
- Verify invitation was accepted
- Check member's role and permissions
- Review access settings
- Contact support if needed
Need to change role?
- Go to Team page
- Edit member role
- Save changes
- Member's access updates immediately
