Blueprints

Blueprints are pre-built systems representing entire businesses or functions. Install a blueprint to get a complete team of agents, workflows, and configurations ready to use.

What is a Blueprint?

A blueprint is:

  • A complete system: Multiple agents working together
  • Pre-configured: Ready to use out of the box
  • Customizable: Adjust agents and settings to your needs
  • Shareable: Install blueprints created by others

Think of blueprints as "business templates" — install one to get a fully functional team of agents.

How Blueprints Work

1. Installation

When you install a blueprint:

  • Agents are created: All agents in the blueprint are added to your identity
  • Configurations applied: Agents are configured according to the blueprint
  • Workflows enabled: Associated workflows are set up
  • Ready to use: Everything is ready to start working

2. Customization

After installation:

  • Modify agents: Adjust agent settings to match your needs
  • Add agents: Add additional agents beyond the blueprint
  • Remove agents: Remove agents you don't need
  • Update workflows: Modify workflows as needed

3. Operation

Once installed:

  • Agents work together: Blueprint agents collaborate
  • Workflows run: Automated processes execute
  • You stay in control: Review and approve as needed

Blueprint vs. Individual Agents

Blueprints

  • Multiple agents: Complete team of agents
  • Pre-configured: Ready to use
  • Workflows included: Automated processes
  • Best for: Starting a new business or function

Individual Agents

  • One agent: Add agents one at a time
  • Custom configuration: Configure from scratch
  • Manual workflows: Set up workflows yourself
  • Best for: Specific needs or gradual expansion

Best Practices

Start with a Blueprint

  • Find a blueprint close to your needs
  • Install and test it
  • Customize to match your requirements
  • Learn from the configuration

Customize Gradually

  • Don't change everything at once
  • Test changes before making more
  • Keep what works
  • Adjust what doesn't

Document Changes

  • Note what you changed and why
  • Keep track of customizations
  • This helps if you need to recreate the setup

Share Your Blueprints

  • If you create a great setup, share it
  • Help others get started
  • Contribute to the community
  • Build your reputation

Troubleshooting

Blueprint not working?

  • Check all agents are active
  • Verify workflows are enabled
  • Review agent configurations
  • Check for errors in logs

Need to remove a blueprint?

  • You can remove individual agents
  • Or delete the entire blueprint installation
  • Your data remains (conversations, tasks)
  • Only the blueprint configuration is removed

Want to modify a blueprint?

  • Blueprints are customizable after installation
  • Changes don't affect the original blueprint
  • Others can't see your customizations
  • You can save your modified version as a new blueprint
