Spam Indicators

Emails are flagged as spam based on:

Spam Handling

Automatic Filtering

When spam is detected:

  • Moved to spam folder: Spam emails go to spam folder
  • Not processed by agents: Agents don't process spam
  • Marked as spam: Clearly labeled as spam
  • Quarantined: Isolated from your main inbox

Spam Folder

Access your spam folder:

  1. Go to Inbox
