SoloMail supports file attachments in emails. You can send attachments, receive attachments, and agents can work with attachments.

Sending Attachments

Adding Attachments

When composing an email:

  1. Click "Attach" button
  2. Select file from your device
  3. File uploads to Solo storage
  4. Attachment appears in email
  5. Send email with attachment

Attachment Limits

  • File size: Up to 50MB per file
  • Total size: Varies by plan
  • File types: Common email attachment types supported
  • Storage: Attachments stored in Solo storage

Supported File Types

Common attachment types:

  • Documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG
  • Archives: ZIP, RAR
  • Text: Plain text, CSV
  • Other: Most common email attachment formats

Receiving Attachments

Viewing Attachments

When you receive an email with attachments:

  1. Open email in your inbox
  2. See attachments listed in email
  3. Click attachment to view or download
  4. Download to save to your device
  5. View inline (for supported types)

  • Read attachments: Agents can read document content
  • Extract information: Pull data from attachments
  • Create tasks: Turn attachments into actionable tasks
  • Store attachments: Save attachments for later reference

  • Free Plan: Limited storage
  • Solopreneur Plan: More storage
  • Small Business Plan: Even more storage
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited storage

Attachment not uploading?
