Attachments
SoloMail supports file attachments in emails. You can send attachments, receive attachments, and agents can work with attachments.
Sending Attachments
Adding Attachments
When composing an email:
- Click "Attach" button
- Select file from your device
- File uploads to Solo storage
- Attachment appears in email
- Send email with attachment
Attachment Limits
- File size: Up to 50MB per file
- Total size: Varies by plan
- File types: Common email attachment types supported
- Storage: Attachments stored in Solo storage
Supported File Types

- Documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG
- Archives: ZIP, RAR
- Text: Plain text, CSV
- Other: Most common email attachment formats

When you receive an email with attachments:
- Open email in your inbox
- See attachments listed in email
- Click attachment to view or download
- Download to save to your device
- View inline (for supported types)
