Solo offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features, storage, and capabilities as described on our pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including emails, agent configurations, and data. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by Solo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our permission.
Solo uses artificial intelligence to power agent functionality across all communication channels. You acknowledge that:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the collection and processing of your communications (email, chat, SMS, and voice) through our AI agent orchestration system.
The following terms apply to Solo's SMS (text messaging) and voice calling features, which are powered by Twilio.
Program Name: Solo Messaging
Solo Messaging enables AI-powered communication through SMS text messages and voice calls. When you opt in, Solo may send you transactional messages, service notifications, agent-initiated communications, appointment reminders, task updates, and other messages related to your use of the Solo platform and its AI agent features.
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to or from your device. Solo does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any associated fees.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, agent configurations, and workflow automations. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your settings and the activity of your AI agents. You control message frequency through your Solo dashboard settings and agent configurations.
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Solo at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You may opt in through your Solo account settings or our SMS consent page.

Solo SMS messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary by region and is subject to Twilio's network coverage.
Your phone number and messaging data are collected and used solely to provide Solo's communication services. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
