Bring your authorized agents into Slack
Connect a Slack workspace to your Solo Identity. Your selected responder can handle direct messages and @mentions in the conversations you choose, while you stay in control of the connection.

Channel mentions
Invite Solo to a channel and mention @Solo when you want an authorized agent to take on a request.
Identity-bound access
Each workspace connection belongs to one Solo Identity, uses the scopes you approve, and can be disconnected at any time.
Installation
Connect in three steps
Sign in to Solo
Use your existing Solo account or create one, then choose the Solo Identity that should own the Slack connection.
Connect Slack
Open Identity → Integrations, select Slack, and review the workspace permissions before approving access.
Choose a responder
Select the authorized Solo agent that may answer Slack DMs and @mentions for this Identity.
You decide where Solo can work
Solo only receives events from direct messages and conversations where the app is present. Disconnect Slack from Solo at any time to stop the connection.
Disconnect and remove access
Open Identity → Integrations in Solo, find Slack, and use the remove control. To revoke authorization in Slack too, remove Solo from your workspace’s installed apps. Your workspace administrator may need to help.
Disconnecting does not erase messages already posted to Slack or work records saved in Solo. Contact support for data-deletion requests.
Troubleshooting
If Solo does not respond, check the selected Identity, connected workspace, assigned responder, and channel membership. Reconnect if authorization has expired. For installation restrictions, contact your workspace administrator; do not bypass security warnings.
