SoloMail for Slack

Bring your authorized agents into Slack

Connect a Slack workspace to your Solo Identity. Your selected responder can handle direct messages and @mentions in the conversations you choose, while you stay in control of the connection.

What it does

Work with Solo without leaving Slack

Direct messages

Send a DM to Solo and the responder you selected can continue the conversation in the same Slack thread.

Channel mentions

Invite Solo to a channel and mention @Solo when you want an authorized agent to take on a request.

Identity-bound access

Each workspace connection belongs to one Solo Identity, uses the scopes you approve, and can be disconnected at any time.

Installation

Connect in three steps

01

Sign in to SoloMail

Use your existing SoloMail account or create one, then choose the Solo Identity that should own the Slack connection.

02

Connect Slack

Open Identity → Integrations, select Slack, and review the workspace permissions before approving access.

03

Choose a responder

Select the authorized Solo agent that may answer Slack DMs and @mentions for this Identity.

You decide where Solo can work

Solo only receives events from direct messages and conversations where the app is present. Disconnect Slack from SoloMail at any time to stop the connection.
