Add Solo
Open the Solo plugin in ChatGPT and install it. You do not need to choose an email handle in chat first.

Ask for your address
Say “Get me a SoloMail address.” Finish secure signup or sign in when ChatGPT asks you to connect. Keep passwords and verification codes out of chat.

Use your inbox
Continue in ChatGPT to confirm your address. Ask to check your inbox or draft an email. Review the email card before approving a send.
